Wimbledon and Roland-Garros Grand Slam 2025: A surprise in store…

Often there are many different versions of the same video created for release in different parts of the world. I have recently been 'The British voice’ for a series of videos for Wimbledon and Grand Slam tennis tournaments, alongside French, US, and Australian voices (perhaps others too!). These fantastic videos are dramatic, cinematic and exciting, and the scripts make you feel so empowered as a VO. I mean just take a look!

What I didn’t expect was that the agency would create an innovative ‘duet’ for the latest Wimbledon/Roland-Garros socials video, where my vocals were interwoven with those of a French VO (the talented Hortense Capelle). The effect is bold and interesting and really brings the content alive, emphasising the duality of this historic Anglo-French competition.
